Vision Hospitality breaks ground on boutique hotel

Vision Hospitality Group broke ground on its second Kinley hotel Jan. 6. Joining the company’s Humanist lifestyle portfolio, the 64-room Kinley Chattanooga (Tenn.) Southside is slated to open in 2021.

The hotel will feature a coffee bar and sell arts and crafts from local artisans. It will be situated in Chattanooga’s centrally located Southside district within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Songbirds Guitar Museum.

Vision Hospitality Group’s first Kinley property is scheduled to debut in downtown Cincinnati in early 2020. When both hotels open, they will become part of Marriott International’s Tribute Portfolio.

“Kinley is bringing the hotel experience back to the root of what makes traveling such a desirable pastime—connecting with other travelers, connecting with the community you’ve come to explore and connecting with yourself,” Mitch Patel, CEO of Vision Hospitality Group, said in a statement.  “Whether staying for a night, indulging in a drink or exploring the destination, we welcome you to come as you are, and experience what true hospitality is all about.”
