Dallas-based real estate investment and development firm Voyage Capital Group has closed a loan for the acquisition and construction completion of the AC Hotel by Marriott at Denver Gateway Park. The hotel has 146 keys across seven stories and approximately 75,000 square feet.
The financing was originated by Atlanta-based Peachtree Group and includes a strategic capital stack that combines Senior Debt with Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy financing to support the development and completion of the hotel.
Dallas-based Accurate Builders has been selected as the general contractor for the project. Construction is actively underway, with the property expected to open in late 2026.
