A pair of hospitality executives, Elliot Mills and Jerry Gibson, have launched the Hawai‘i Hospitality Group (HHG), an asset management firm headquartered in Hawai‘i.
Focused on hotel, resort, and tourism-aligned real estate across the Islands, HHG offers a hands-on approach to hospitality and tourism asset management, grounded in operational experience and long-standing relationships across the state, according to the association.
Mills brings more than 30 years of executive experience, including leadership roles with Marriott International, overseeing Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa and the Disneyland Resort hotels in California. He currently serves as CEO and managing partner of HHG and a board director for the Hawai‘i Visitors and Convention Bureau.
Gibson previously held senior leadership roles with Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott and Blackstone, and was area vice president for Hilton Hotels and Resorts. He is the President and founding member of Hawai‘i Hotel Alliance and serves on several boards and commissions across the state.

Current clients include Waikīkī Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Kaimana Beach Hotel on O‘ahu, and Hotel Wailea on Maui.
