Concord Hospitality promotes Dannialle Neville to regional vice president of operations. A 13-year Concord Hospitality veteran, Neville’s portfolio includes brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and independent boutique full-service resorts, all of which she will continue to assist and oversee in her new role.

Neville is a seasoned hospitality executive with three decades of experience across multiple disciplines, including sales, operations, and food and beverage. She joined Concord in 2011, with expertise gained from her previous roles at Marriott, Holiday Inn and other hotel brands.  Neville’s strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving business expansion, fostering strong client relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

"Dannialle’s promotion is a reflection of her exceptional leadership and dedication to both her team and the properties she oversees," Mark Laport, president and CEO of Concord Hospitality, said in a statement. "Her strategic expertise and deep industry insight have played a key role in our success, and I am confident that with her leadership, our portfolio will continue to thrive and reach new milestones.”

In her new role, Neville will work in tandem with each hotel's general managers to implement regional strategies to increase the efficiency of each asset. She will lead and manage different teams across multiple hotels, ensuring they meet or exceed operational targets while simultaneously working closely with other departments such as sales, finance, and human resources to ensure alignment and support for various initiatives.

“I have had the privilege of working alongside an incredibly talented and dedicated team for the past 13 years and am thrilled to continue driving operational goals in this new role,” Neville said. “As we continue to push forward Concord Hospitality’s continued growth and success, I am excited to take on new challenges strengthening our guests' experiences and contributing to Concord's record of excellence in service.”
