Adam Bullard joins Hospitality America, a third-party hotel management company, as corporate director of human resources. In this role, Bullard will navigate these complexities for the company that is managing 20 Hilton and Marriott brand hotels.

Bullard brings a diverse and dynamic background to Hospitality America. A former Minor League Baseball player whose career shifted after an injury, he has since held multiple HR leadership roles across the consulting, manufacturing, and automotive industries. He thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about building strong teams. With a master’s degree in Ministerial/Organizational Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in management, Bullard is skilled in developing effective recruitment strategies, streamlining onboarding, and enhancing retention through career development and employee engagement. He is also experienced in guiding organizations through change and crisis, helping companies adapt while supporting both their people and operations.
