Grand Rapids, Mich.-based hospitality management company Lodgco Hospitality has appointed Scott Stuart as its new president. Stuart succeeds Ann Kelly, who retired effective Aug. 16.
Stuart brings 37 years of experience in hospitality leadership. His most recent role was as senior vice president at Aimbridge Hospitality. In this role, Stuart was responsible for the oversight of 275 hotels as part of the Aimbridge portfolio of management.

In his new role, Stuart’s responsibilities will be strategic leadership, stakeholder relations, operational management and financial oversight. His focus will be on growing the portfolio through third party management contracts as well as construction and acquisition of new properties.
