Germantown, Tenn.-based McNeill Hotel Company promotes Jesse Kremer from regional director of operations to the new position of vice president of hotel operations. MHC Executive Vice President of Operations Travis Murray made the announcement.
In his new role, Kremer will lead the regional directors and hotel teams to achieve a balanced scorecard, focusing on associate satisfaction, guest satisfaction, brand initiatives, financial success, and owner relations. He will also work closely with the vice presidents of other disciplines within MHC to ensure continuity in service excellence for both internal customers and ownership groups.
With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kremer began his career while studying hotel/restaurant management at the American Institute of Commerce in Davenport, Iowa. After graduation, he quickly rose through the ranks, taking on General Manager and Regional Director roles at Tharaldson Enterprises, TMI Hospitality, Aimbridge, and, later, Hawkeye Hotels before joining McNeill.
“This is a well-deserved promotion. Since joining McNeill Hotel Company in February 2022 as Regional Director of Operations, Jesse has played a key role in supporting our teams and driving operational excellence,” MHC EVP of Operations Travis Murray said in a statement. “His extensive experience and leadership skills have made a lasting impact on our organization. We look forward to his future contributions to our guest experience, team member development, community involvement and owner relationships.”
