During a ribbon-cutting ceremony last month, the newly opened Perry Hotel Naples, Fla., introduced its new senior executive team.
The new personnel included Michael Raymond, managing director, FOD Capital & president; Matthew Strunk, CFO & general manager; Matthew Anzivino, assistant general manager; and Yosie Crespo, director of sales & marketing.
Raymond has four decades of leadership experience in development, including hotel and marina projects on Stock Island and Key West, according to the company. As managing director of FOD Capital, The Perry Hotel Naples’ parent company, and president of the property, he oversees strategic direction and fosters community partnerships.
Meanwhile, bringing over 30 years of expertise in real estate, financial systems and hospitality management, Strunk has been instrumental in shaping The Perry Hotel Naples. His leadership spans hotel and marina projects on Stock Island and Key West, according to the company. In this position, Strunk oversees financial systems and hotel operations.
Anzivino 's background includes Marriott and boutique hotels. In his role, Anzivino works alongside the hotel’s management team to lead hotel operations across the entire property.
Finally, with 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Crespo spearheads strategic sales and marketing for The Perry Hotel Naples. Her experience includes leadership roles with brands like Marriott, Accor and Hilton. At The Perry, she focuses on building partnerships and driving awareness to position the property as a premier destination, according to the company.
