Pacifica Hotels appoints Gus Laliotis as its new vice president of food and beverage. Laliotis brings decades of expertise, operational excellence and a signature warmth rooted in his Greek heritage.
Most recently, Laliotis spent 20 years with Evolution Hospitality, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s food and beverage identity. He played a pivotal role in launching the iconic Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, one of Evolution’s most complex F&B ventures. As vice president of food and neverage, he helped define and elevate Evolution’s portfolio of hotels, infusing each with a strong, distinct culinary perspective.
