CBRE appoints Susie Park as an executive vice president for CBRE Hotels, where she will lead asset management engagements in the Americas, focusing on branded and independent luxury/lifestyle assets.
Park has operational finance expertise in luxury/lifestyle hospitality, with a background in hotel and restaurant openings, as well as ownership transitions. Based in New York City, her skills include financial modeling, cash flow management, labor productivity, compliance controls, and budget development for various operational phases, according to CBRE.
“Susie’s diverse background and exceptional client service record make her an invaluable addition to our expanding Global Hotel Asset Management team,” Bill Grice, president of CBRE Hotels in the Americas, said in a statement.
Prior to joining CBRE, Park served as co-lead of JLL’s Hotel Asset Management division in the Americas, overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels across the U.S.
