The Bright Group opens tech-forward, lifestyle hotel in Ohio

The Bright Group opened its new Vitality brand’s second flagship property with the Dayton Vitality Hotel, a lifestyle property connected directly to the Dayton Convention Center via skywalk.

The tech-forward hotel—which is set to become a key driver in the city’s downtown revitalization— blends convenience, design and community-focused amenities for business and leisure travelers, according to the company. The Dayton Vitality Hotel follows the opening of Vitality Memphis last summer for The Bright Group, an owner/operator with a deep technology and design focus.

The hotel offers Vitality’s signature guest experience with self-check-in, along with a seamless blend of functionality, design and mindful hospitality, according to the company. The company also noted the hotel features a pool, advanced fitness center, thoughtfully designed guest rooms, a wellness-inspired atmosphere and vibrant communal spaces including a rooftop bar with sweeping city views.

The property also features expansive meeting and event spaces offering a venue for conferences, corporate gatherings and social events near Dayton’s central business district.

The Bright Group plans five additional Vitality openings through 2026, with confirmed locations including, Marietta, Ga.which is targeting a late-August 2025 debut—as well as Orlando; Tulsa, Okla; and Reading, Pa.
