The Cambria Hotel Templeton - Paso Robles opened this month in the central coast of California. The property is locally owned by the Filipponi family—long-time Paso Robles ranchers and winegrowers—in partnership with the principals of Pacific Templeton, a full-service hospitality firm based in Newport Beach, Calif. The 132-room boutique hotel—managed by Pacifica Hotels—is near Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo in close proximity to more than 200 wineries and craft breweries.
“We are thrilled to open our doors in Templeton and bring the Cambria experience to this vibrant and rapidly growing destination,” Scott Roby, president of Pacifica Hotels, said in a statement. “This new hotel is designed for travelers who seek authentic local experiences at a great price without compromising on premium amenities and comfort.”
As part of its commitment to sustainability, the hotel has 12 EV charging stations and solar panels. Other amenities at the property include a resort pool, spa and cabanas, as well as an event lawn, outdoor bar and firepits. Flexible meeting, event and boardroom spaces and a fitness center are also part of the hotel’s offerings. From a food & beverage standpoint, the Iron Horse full-service restaurant and bar serves locally sourced cuisine and regional wines.
