Grupo Posadas has officially opened the newly converted Fiesta Americana Nuevo Vallarta Resort & Spa in Mexico.
Previously operating as the Wyndham Alta Nuevo Vallarta, the reimagined beachfront property is located along the coastline of Riviera Nayarit some 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Fiesta Americana Nuevo Vallarta has 229 suites, including the exclusive Fiesta Club level. Each room has amenities like whirlpool tubs, private terraces, HD televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service.
“Bringing this resort into the Fiesta Americana portfolio is a strategic move to align the guest experience with the standards our travelers have come to expect,” Enrique Calderón, COO of Grupo Posadas, said in a statement. “We’re investing in upgrades that reflect the warmth, hospitality and attention to detail that define our brand while enhancing comfort without interruption.”
Part of the resort’s transformation is its revitalized culinary program, led by Chef Gerardo Rivera, corporate executive chef of Grupo Posadas. Working with each on-site restaurant team, Rivera has introduced new menus and culinary concepts that emphasize variety, creativity and bold flavors, according to the company.
Other resort amenities include the Miluma Spa; Fiesta Kids Club; three ocean-view pools; as well as customizable event and wedding services.
