Remington Hospitality to manage Kimpton Mas Olas Resort and Spa

Remington Hospitality is set to manage the Kimpton Mas Olas Resort and Spa, set on Baja's stretch of Pacific coastline in Mexico.

“This property represents an exciting opportunity for Remington as we continue to expand our presence in the CALA region,”  Sloan Dean, CEO of Remington Hospitality, said in a statement. “We are committed to delivering exceptional service while offering guests an immersive experience that connects them to the local community and environment.”

Kimpton Mas Olas Resort and Spa has 93 guestrooms, including 22 oceanfront suites and penthouses that feature private plunge pools, fire pits and terraces overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. The resort also has a spa, outdoor pool and fitness center.

The resort has 30,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor venues, including the 17,542-square-foot Event Lawn and the Conservatory in a botanical garden.

The property serves produce from the resort’s garden, eggs from resident chickens and milk from local goats.

“Our focus is on creating unforgettable experiences by blending luxury with the authenticity of the region,” said Richard Garcia, vice president of operations for CALA at Remington Hospitality. “With our on-site garden and locally sourced ingredients, we’re able to offer something truly special that reflects the culture and natural beauty of the area.”

Managing Kimpton Mas Olas represents a key step in Remington Hospitality’s growth within the CALA region, complementing its recent expansion into Mexico, Belize, Grand Cayman, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Peru.
