Sonesta International Hotels opens the Sonesta Essential Blue Springs, an 83-room, upper-midscale hotel located in Blue Springs, Mo. The hotel is close to attractions such as Kauffman Stadium, Fleming Park, Burr Oak Woods Nature Center and the Kansas City International Airport.
