The Home2 Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners has opened in Montana representing the latest hospitality project for Virga Capital, a locally based real estate and development firm.
Located at 110 Homestake Drive in the Four Corners submarket, the property is the first hotel to open in the area and provides access to downtown, the airport and Big Sky Resort. Bozeman is experiencing significant economic growth, with its population increasing by nearly 20 percent over the past 5 years, according to the company.
"We're excited to bring the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand to Four Corners, meeting the needs of both long- and short-term guests traveling through one of Montana's most dynamic regions," Rob Lateiner, CEO of Virga Capital, said in a statement. "This opening marks an important milestone in our portfolio and underscores our commitment to high-quality, purpose-built hospitality in our hometown of Bozeman and other key growth markets."
With 100 suites equipped with full kitchens, Home2 Suites by Hilton Bozeman Four Corners has flexible workspaces, an indoor pool and an outdoor patio with fire pits.
