The Ann Savannah, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy opened on February 10, marking the arrival of Savannah's first apartment-style hotel. The heavy-timber building is also the first of its kind in the Southeast, and it has been recognized for its sustainable construction featuring natural wood beams, columns and ceilings.
The all-suite boutique hotel has 157 apartment-style units ranging from studio suites to four-bedroom lofts. Amenities in the suites include full-sized kitchens, in-room laundry and pet-friendly living spaces. There is also an onsite fitness center and a pool.
