Curator Collection adds Arizona, Florida, California hotels

Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has added new member hotels in Florida, Arizona and California.

“We are excited to welcome 11 North, Bellanca Hotel, Heat Hotel, Tower23, Padre Hotel and Rambler Motel to Curator,” Jennifer Barnwell, president of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, said in a statement. “Each of these independent properties brings a distinct personality and strong sense of place that perfectly aligns with Curator’s mission to celebrate individuality in hospitality. From the classic coastal sophistication of 11 North in Jacksonville Beach and the modern island charm of Bellanca Hotel on Catalina Island, to the striking lakefront design of Heat Hotel in Lake Havasu, these hotels reflect a dedication to memorable, localized guest experiences. On the West Coast, Tower23 delivers sleek, contemporary luxury just steps from the sand in San Diego, Padre Hotel offers a historic-meets-modern stay in the heart of Bakersfield, and Rambler Motel reimagines roadside travel with retro flair and laid-back Southern California style. We are proud to welcome these unique destinations into our growing portfolio and look forward to supporting their continued success as they deliver exceptional, independently inspired experiences to travelers.”

The newest members of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection include:

11 North (Jacksonville Beach, Fla.)

On Jacksonville Beach, 11 North originally was a seaside bed and breakfast before becoming adults-only boutique hotel. Its seven rooms have private balconies with panoramic Atlantic views.

Bellanca Hotel (Avalon, Calif.)

Close to Avalon Bay on Catalina Island, Bellanca Hotel has the Luxury Ocean View Suite and the on-site The Naughty Fox restaurant.

Heat Hotel (Lake Havasu City, Ariz.)

Set along the Bridgewater Channel in Lake Havasu City, Heat Hotel's accommodations have private balconies. The hotel’s newly opened patio bar has lounge seating and waterfront views.

Tower23 Hotel (San Diego, Calif.)

Tower23 Hotel is one of San Diego’s few luxury lifestyle hotels located directly on the beach. Its signature restaurant, JRDN, evolves throughout the day, from casual daytime meals to energetic evenings.

Padre Hotel (Bakersfield, Calif.)

A historic downtown landmark, the Padre Hotel has pet-friendly accommodations and four room types—40 Winks, Double Deuce, Maverick and Corner Pocket—and three suites: Head Honcho, The Farmer’s Daughter and The Oil Baron. Dining options include Brimstone, serving local brews and spirits; Prairie Fire, a rooftop lounge with live music and happy hours; and Farmacy Café, serving breakfast and local coffee. The property is next to the Fox Theater.
