Entegra promotes CEO of North American business

Entegra appoints Paul McArdle as the new chief executive officer of its North American business. McArdle previously served as the global chief operating officer of Entegra.

Concurrent to McArdle's North America CEO appointment, Damien Calderini, who had served as both Global CEO and CEO of Entegra’s North American business, has shifted to focus on the global role, leading the company’s overall strategic direction and vision. Together, both Calderini and McArdle will work side by side.

This alignment allows Entegra to sharpen its focus at both the global and regional levels, ensuring it delivers innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of its clients, according to the company.

“The time is right for me to focus on Entegra’s global growth through partnerships, acquisitions and geographical expansion. With Paul at the helm, I am confident that he will accelerate and further strengthen the North American business,” Calderini said in a statement. “His deep expertise in procurement, operations and customer success makes him the ideal leader for this next chapter.”

Since joining Entegra, McArdle has played a role in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiencies that have contributed to the company’s continued success. Under his leadership, Entegra’s North American business is poised to expand its reach, delivering results for its clients across restaurants, hotels, senior living communities and golf and leisure businesses.

“I’m honored to take on this role and continue building on the strong foundation Damien and our team have established,” said McArdle. “Entegra has a unique ability to deliver unmatched value to our clients, and I look forward to driving our growth strategy and deepening our impact in the marketplace.”
