At Mine Hospitality expands its portfolio of independent hotels with the addition of four properties in two markets: Elita Hotel and Fortuna Hotel, both in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and 8040 Harding and L Hotel, both in Miami Beach, Fla.
Elita Hotel, designed by Blanche Garcia of "Hotel Impossible," underwent a multi-million dollar renovation, and now has sleek, sophisticated rooms with state of the art amenities and multifunctional spaces. Located near from Ft. Lauderdale's beaches, Elita provides a tropical poolside experience and a luxurious boutique atmosphere.
Fortuna Hotel, with its laid-back, bohemian style, underwent a multi-million dollar renovation to have modern amenities while preserving its original architectural integrity. Located in the middle of the Ft. Lauderdale Beach scene, it has unique charm and custom experiences.
8040 Harding is a boutique, two-story hotel, originally built as apartments. A block from the beach, this property has two-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens and a shared patio for a convenient and comfortable stay.
L Hotel is a three-story hotel located two blocks from the beach in the Mid Beach neighborhood with waterfront views of the canal and close to restaurants, bars, shops, cultural hot spots and entertainment.
“We’re extremely excited to have been selected to manage these properties on behalf of ownership," At Mine Hospitality CEO Matteo Soldatini said in a statement. "We continue building the At Mine brand through a meticulous and detailed focus on lean operations, revenue management and guest experience, delivering outsized returns for investors and exceptional stays for guests.
