Quorum Hospitality adds three boutique hotels in Palm Springs, Calif.: La Serena Villas, Del Marcos Hotel and The Three Fifty Hotel.
Key initiatives include comprehensive revenue strategy, guest experience improvements and culinary innovation that aligns with each property’s unique narrative:
- La Serena Villas: Built in 1933 and meticulously restored, this Michelin-rated luxury retreat has 18 private villas with outdoor clawfoot tubs, personal fireplaces and sophisticated interiors. The property is home to the Azúcar restaurant known for its contemporary cuisine, award-winning cocktail and culinary program, showstopping design, and rooftop lounge with unique views of Palm Springs.
- Del Marcos Hotel: Located just steps away from La Serena Villas is Del Marcos Hotel. Designed in 1947 by legendary architect William F. Cody, this mid-century modern treasure has 17 rooms with period-perfect flair. Revered for its architectural integrity and boutique charm, it delivers an authentic Palm Springs experience admired by design aficionados and leisure travelers alike.
- The Three Fifty Hotel: Completing the trio is the retro-sleek, 10-room The Three Fifty Hotel designed by renowned architect Herbert W. Burns in 1950. This mid-century escape has clean lines, bold palettes and a serene setting just steps from downtown Palm Springs in the historic Tennis Club. The heart of the property is its tranquil pool courtyard.
