WaterWalk Hospitality assumes management of all 11 locations

WaterWalk Hospitality, WaterWalk Holding Company’s hotel management group, is now managing the WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Minneapolis. Now all corporate-owned and franchised properties are now managed by the management company.

By overseeing day-to-day operations at each property, WaterWalk Hospitality has helped streamline communication, reduce operational challenges and identify new opportunities, all while setting consistent standards that improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience. In addition to managing existing hotel operations, WaterWalk Hospitality also provides development services, including real estate selection and evaluation, entitlement approvals, construction management and oversight of capital expenditures.

“Our overarching goal is to ensure that every WaterWalk property delivers the exceptional service and quality our guests expect, and reaching that goal means helping all WaterWalk hotels meet those expectations in a seamless and approachable way,” Mimi Oliver, chief executive officer of WaterWalk Holding Co. and WaterWalk Hospitality, said in a statement. “We’re committed to providing our team members and franchisees with the resources, support and guidance they need to succeed and become the first choice in extended stay. With our expertise in meeting the needs of today’s long-term stay traveler and a proven track record as extended stay pioneers, this recent development—managing all locations—gives us a strategic edge as we grow.”

Since its launch in fall 2024, WaterWalk Hospitality has steadily expanded to oversee operations at all 11 WaterWalk locations, including two franchised properties in Phoenix and now Minneapolis, and nine corporate-owned properties. This step has significantly strengthened the brand’s overall performance and reputation – growing its team from 30 to 170 employees across corporate and on-site locations and reporting a 15 percent year-over-year revenue increase, according to the company.
