Elliott Mest is associate editor at Hotel Management magazine, which is part of the Questex Hospitality Group. He has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been covering the travel and hospitality industry since 2010. If he isn't writing about hotel operations, Elliott is running with his dog, playing video games with his wife, shooting hoops in the park or playing drums.
