Breathable Color: Ignition 2.0 seating from the HON Company

The HON Company has updated its Ignition 2.0 seating collection. Ignition 2.0 with Spectrum Mesh has a breathable mesh construction made from 20 percent post-consumer recycled polyester.

A HON staple for more than a decade, Ignition was designed by Deisig Design Studio to have lumbar support, easy-to-use seat glide and adjustable arms.

The collection’s construction improves natural airflow, creating a cool and comfortable work experience. The mesh itself has a semi-transparent, three-dimensional texture that, when applied in the new range of 22 colors, lends a modern, sporty appeal to Ignition 2.0’s sleek design. The colors range from bold (Cobalt, Salamander and Bullseye) to earthy (Quicksand and Brick) to classic (Espresso and Linen). The full range of colors are Beacon, Blueberry, Brick, Bullseye, Carbon, Chalk, Cobalt, Espresso, Gold Dust, Kermit, Key Lime, Leaf, Linen, Loft, Midnight, Onyx, Pear, Quicksand, Salamander, Sky, Steel, Titanium.

Ignition 2.0 with Spectrum Mesh encompasses not only task chairs in mid- and low-backs, but also task and cafe stools, multipurpose stacking and sled base chairs and a big-and-tall task chair.

The collection is made from 20 percent post-consumer recycled polyester and adheres to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, keeping it free of harmful chemicals and 100 percent free of heavy metals.
