Dreamscape Hospitality to manage Michigan inn

Dreamscape Hospitality has assumed management of the St. Clair Inn in Michigan, which will undergo a significant renovation prior to joining the Marriott Tribute Portfolio.

Originally opened in 1926 and restored, the St. Clair Inn has 85 guestrooms and suites, plus three cottages with luxury amenities and views of the St. Clair River. The St. Clair Inn  is located roughly an hour northeast of Detroit.

“We are honored to take the helm of this truly special property,” Adam Patenaude, president of Dallas-based Dreamscape Hospitality, said in a statement. “The St. Clair Inn represents everything we value in a hotel: a unique sense of place, deep local roots and an elevated guest experience. We’re excited to partner with the team to further enhance its legacy.”

The property has a mix of culinary destinations, including The Dive and Prohibition Bar. Additionally, the 1926 Restaurant is available for private events. With both indoor and outdoor venues, the food and beverage program is anchored in locally inspired cuisine and exceptional service. With over 34,000 square feet of flexible space, The St. Clair Inn can serve as a venue for weddings, private events and corporate retreats.
