Driftwood Hospitality completes West Palm Beach Delta renovation

Driftwood Hospitality Management completes a multimillion-dollar renovation and rebranding of the Delta by Marriott West Palm Beach, a 199-key hotel. Formerly known as a Holiday Inn, the Delta by Marriott West Palm Beach is owned by Miami-based real estate investment firm, Activate Hospitality, with DHM overseeing management operations.

Renovations include lobby and restaurant modernization, versatile meeting spaces, the introduction of the Ocean Blend Café, new guestroom soft goods and improvements and common area enhancements.

“The renovation of this project demonstrated a need for higher-end hotel offerings that satisfied demand in one of Florida’s most important markets,” Driftwood Hospitality Management President David Buddemeyer said in a statement. “The property is now properly positioned to raise the standard in accommodating high-end visitors to the Palm Beach metro area, elevating the region’s profile in the process.”

In addition to the aesthetic, culinary and structural upgrades made throughout the property, the hotel also includes onsite dining. Bringing together local and international flavors, The Dive Bar has a stylish ambiance offering a with a curated selection of craft cocktails and beverages. The hotel also has more than 8,200 square feet of meeting space across 10 event rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual capabilities, as well as a hand-on events team to facilitate successful gatherings.
