Northern California boutique repositioning nets new hotel concept

Hotel Les Mars, a boutique hotel in Healdsburg, Calif., is officially rebranding as 27 North.

The repositioning has given the hotel a  new identity and immersive guest experience across its 16 rooms and venues that reflects the soul of modern wine country, according to Foley Entertainment Group, which operates the  property. The hotel is a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Lifestyle Collection.

“Sonoma County is evolving and so is the modern traveler,” Shane Green, CEO of Foley Entertainment Group, said in a statement. “With 27 North, we’re redefining what luxury looks like in Wine Country—less formal, more experiential and deeply connected to the creative energy of Healdsburg. This rebrand is a strategic step forward for our hospitality portfolio, aligning with a culturally engaged traveler that values curated moments as much as classic comforts.”

Foley Entertainment describes 27 North as a connected boutique lifestyle hotel where guests can tap into the local vibe. Anchored by Arandas—the hotel’s Mexican restaurant and bar—the property offers music-driven programming and curated culinary moments.
