Duetto debuts new platform to prioritize revenue, profits

Duetto launched its newest platform, The Revenue & Profit Operation System (RP-OS), which is designed to bring revenue and profit tools together in one place.

Powered by automation, advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence and both hotel booking and third-party data, the new offering represents a move beyond traditional revenue management systems, putting revenue and profit at the heart of the hotel ecosystem.

The RP-OS platform is designed to bring together every part of the hotel revenue and operations, including pricing, forecasting, reporting, group optimization, loyalty and profit insights. This translates to hotels unifying every revenue stream from rooms and F&B to optimizing across transient, group and events, according to the company. The platform is purpose-built and designed for hotels worldwide from boutique brands to global groups with mixed assets.

Duetto also unveiled several product innovations, such as GameTime, which is a streamlined RMS built for select-service chains and enterprise hotel brands with limited-service properties, according to the company. GameTime is designed to simplify rate updates, automate pricing and deliver portfolio-wide visibility.

Meanwhile, now powered by AI, Duetto’s Advance is designed to detect unusual demand patterns, identify high-opportunity stay dates and automatically recommend the best pricing to maximize revenue, all in a sleek new interface, according to the company.

Finally, with the acquisition of HotStats, the company noted it now has benchmarking and market intelligence across the full P&L, offering a holistic view into the top-line revenue along with strategic profit-driving actions, according to the company.
