DoorDash has reached an agreement to acquire SevenRooms, a New York City-based software company. Terms and conditions were not disclosed. The move is an expansion of DoorDash’s commerce platform capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close during the second half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
