Oldham Goodwin adds Allbridge as partner for Texas SpringHill

Hotel operator and developer Oldham Goodwin has selected Allbridge as its technology partner for the new 150-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott in New Braunfels, Texas.

The right-story, all-suite hotel is part of the River Village Development, located on the banks of the Guadalupe River. Allbridge is working in close collaboration with Bryan, Texas-based Oldham Goodwin, the project architects, as well as the general contractor, to design and implement a comprehensive suite of integrated technology solutions, according to the company.

“Technology should be integral to the entire design and construction process—not an afterthought,” Chris Rhodes, vp of development at Oldham Goodwin, said in a statement. “We are working closely with the Allbridge team to ensure the hotel is equipped with a world-class, future-proof technology infrastructure that not only meets but exceeds guest expectations.”

“We are thrilled to partner with such a forward-thinking developer,” said Todd Johnstone, CEO of Allbridge. “Today’s travelers expect seamless digital experiences—connectivity is as essential now as white-glove service once was. Our mission is to deliver reliable, end-to-end technology solutions that enhance operational performance and elevate the guest experience.”

The technology solutions being implemented within the hotel—which spans 150,000 square feet—include telecommunications, in-room entertainment, video services, high-speed Wi-Fi, data networks, security and video surveillance and low-voltage structured cabling. Other platforms include a public safety Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Emergency Responder Radio Communication Systems (ERRCS), audiovisual systems and a hosted voice platform. All services are seamlessly integrated with Allbridge’s proprietary Skyway with Allbridge Intelligence platform—a centralized system for technology control and real-time monitoring, according to the company.
