Otelier upgrades BI platform with rebuilt architecture

Otelier upgrades its flagship business intelligence platform IntelliSight, which has now been rebuilt on a modern, scalable architecture. The updated platform is designed to centralize and connect data faster and with more flexibility.

“We’ve invested heavily in bringing together the best parts of business intelligence into one modern, unified platform,” Ryan Smith, senior director of product strategy at Otelier, said in a statement. “IntelliSight is now built for scale, speed and innovation. We can help hoteliers marry their financial and operational data and deliver smarter analytics faster. It’s powerful, practical and built for the way hotels operate today.”

Now powered by cloud data warehouse Snowflake, the platform is designed to enable Otelier to deliver cleaner cross-data analytics and support faster development of tools like artificial intelligence. Recent integrations with Opera Cloud (via OHIP), Sage Intacct and HotelKey are designed to expand the platform’s ability to ingest and normalize diverse datasets from across the hotel tech stack.

Key IntelliSight enhancements include cloud-native architecturemodular dashboards; portfolio scalability; improved data health dashboard; richer revenue insights; and mobile optimization.
