InterMountain acquires Montana Courtyard

The 137-room Courtyard by Marriott Billings in Montana was acquired by InterMountain Management in a deal facilitated by Marcus & Millichap. Veeder Hospitality Associated sold the property. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

Built in 2024, the four-story hotel is close to Interstate 90, near Billings Logan International Airport and the Yellowstone Art Museum. The property includes meeting event spaces, a restaurant and fitness and business centers.

Skyler Cooper, senior managing director investments, as well as Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap—in association with Adam Christofferson, the company’s Montana broker of record—represented the seller in the transaction.
