The Hampton Inn Louisville-North/Clarksville been acquired by Kingdom Broadway in a strategic hotel transaction arranged by Huff, Niehaus & Associates. The 119-room hotel—which is in Clarksville, Ind., within the Southern Indiana/Louisville hospitality corridor—was sold by HHB. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
The hotel is near downtown Louisville, the Kentucky International Convention Center and a wide range of corporate, leisure and healthcare demand generators.
“The Hampton Inn Louisville-North/Clarksville offers a compelling combination of location, brand strength, and consistent operating performance,” said Brandt Niehaus, president, Louisville, Ky.-based real estate advisory firm Huff, Niehaus & Associates, said in a statement.
Clarksville, Ind.-based Kingdom Broadway is planning a comprehensive renovation to enhance the overall asset value. The Hampton will be the third Hilton brand in its portfolio of eight hotels.
