KMD Hospitality Management has purchased the Courtyard and Residence Inn Tampa Oldsmar from MIG Real Estate Group. Other terms were not disclosed. Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale, with Hunter's EVP Robert Taylor and SVPs Trey Scott and Sophia Pittaluga arranging the sale on behalf of MIG in Florida.

With this exciting acquisition, they are set to raise the bar and continue their path to becoming a beacon of hospitality excellence in the region.”
The Courtyard and Residence Inn Tampa Oldsmar have a combined 177 keys. The two hotels have a fitness center, outdoor pool and meeting space. The Tampa Bay Downs Oldsmar, which has been home to Thoroughbred racing, high-stakes poker, golfing facilities and the annual Tampa Bay Derby is less than two miles away.
