OneRE Apartment Fund acquires Seattle's University Inn

The University Inn in Seattle, has been acquired by OneRE Apartment Fund, a company affiliated with Onelin Capital Corp., a U.S.-based multi-asset investment, real estate development and management firm for an undisclosed price.

The hotel is in the city’s University District with access to the University of Washington, as well as a range of dining, retail and cultural amenities. As part of the transition, Staypineapple Hotels, a Pacific Northwest-based hospitality management and licensing company, will manage the property under a licensing and management agreement.

University Inn was built in 1962, joined the Pineapple Hospitality portfolio in 2008 and was owned and operated as a Staypineapple property until the recent transition. It has a classic midcentury design, 102 guest rooms, an outdoor seasonal pool and a dedicated parking lot, University Inn remains a unique boutique option for travelers seeking comfort and accessibility.
