Hunter Hotel Advisors brokers the sale of the Home2 Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport. Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Senior Vice President, Kami Burnette, represented the institutional seller in the transaction. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Located in a densely developed commercial corridor, the Home2 Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport is located less than five minutes from the El Paso Airport and is proximate to other significant destinations including Fort Bliss, Downtown El Paso and the University of Texas El Paso.
The 111-key hotel has a diverse selection of rooms. There is a complimentary breakfast each morning and on-site amenities, including a fitness center and outdoor pool.
“This hotel is a perfect fit for the buyer who needed an investment with strong, in-place cash flow for their 1031 exchange,” Burnette said in a statement. “With Hunter’s Capital Markets team arranging financing, this transaction demonstrates the full capability of the firm’s platform to advise on all aspects of a deal.”
