Prime Investment Properties, a hospitality brokerage firm and member of Hotel Brokers International, facilitated the sale of the Heartland Inn & Suites in Wheatland, Wy. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Located in Platte County, the 57-key Heartland Inn & Suites has a mix of comfortable guestrooms and amenities including complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, business services and access to I-25 and regional attractions. The hotel has historically served both business and leisure travelers visiting the area for agriculture, energy and outdoor recreation.

"Wheatland continues to show healthy lodging demand with limited competition, and the Heartland Inn & Suites is positioned to remain a key asset in the local market. This transaction was unique and took some time to close but we were able to craft a unique deal that was beneficial for all parties involved."
