The Silver Ridge Lodge in Salida, Colo., has been sold to a California-based buying group in a deal brokered by Prime Investment Properties.
The buyer intends to continue operating the recently renovated 35-room motel, which was built in 1968 and last renovated in 2006. The sale also included an owner’s quarters and a four-unit building dedicated to staff housing.
Dan Emert of Prime Investment Properties and Hotel Brokers International, based in Steamboat Springs, Colo., represented the seller and assisted the buyer throughout the transaction.
“There were plenty of challenges throughout this process, but we were able to craft a deal with terms that satisfied all parties involved,” Emert said in a statement. “We wish both the buyers and the seller the very best in their future ventures.”
